- Freight charges apply to bulky or heavy items and will be calculated at checkout.
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 11:00 am Sydney time on business days (Monday–Friday) are packed and sent within 24 hours.
- We use the most efficient postage possible, typically next business day delivery within the express post network for Australian capital cities and major metro areas (Perth CBD included).
- Regional areas outside the express post network may take 2–5 business days for delivery.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking information is sent via email at 11:00 pm on the day your order is shipped.
- Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for your tracking details.
4. Delivery Time
- If your order has not arrived within 4 business days, please contact us with your full name and order number.
- In most cases, this indicates an attempted delivery has occurred, and your parcel may be waiting for collection at your nearest post office.
5. Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, courier issues, or public holidays.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
